If you receive damaged or defective goods from us, please contact us immediately. We will follow our return policy to take our responsibility.

 

Note for Return or Exchange for Defective Goods:

  1. If you receive damaged or defective goods, please send an email to cs@ibizgift.com or whatsapp 21100987 to us.
  2. rovide your order number and details about the defective goods within 7 days after delivery in order to obtain our Authorization / Consent to return the defective goods.
  3. Please note that should you have not obtained our consent to return your defective goods, we reserve the right to refuse the service.
  4. Note to overseas customers:
    1. If we authorize the return/exchange, we will provide you with the RMA number. When you return your defective goods, please mark our RMA number.
    2. Please read Point 6 before returning your defective goods
    3. After we receive your damaged/defective goods,
      1. check if the item is defective as you described
      2. will report and arrange for return to the supplier, if the item is certified of defectiveness.
      3. inform you as soon as possible if found the item is working properly and will arrange to return the item.
      4. The above work is expected to take about 2-3 weeks to process.
  5. For local customers, if obtained our consent to return the defective goods, please send back to our retail shop for return/exchange the item.
  6. Any return or exchange must keep the original packaging, otherwise it will not be returned
    1. If you need to apply for a return, please ensure that your order meets the following return and exchange conditions:
    2. The product must be unused and unworn.
    3. The product must be in its original state and have the original label attached.
    4. The garment must have the original packaging and label.
    5. Accessories must include all parts in the original packaging.
    6. If the accessory is in a sealed package, it must be kept vacuum tight.
  7. The following situations are not included in the scope of return:
    1. Unreasonable returns are not accepted
    2. The goods receipt period has exceeded 7 days
    3. Request a refund due to the long delivery time
    4. Request a full refund on the grounds that individual products are out of stock
    5. The product has been used
    6. The returned product must be in saleable condition: "Saleable condition" means that the product is still in its original packaging and still has the original label, clothing label, price label, and return label; the product is unused and unwashed, Unmodified and in the original state of sale; and the product is not damaged or soiled in any way. Returns/refunds that do not comply with our policies will not be accepted and returned to the customer. Without affecting the aforementioned generality, the following additional conditions apply to specific categories of goods.
    7. Due to subjective reasons of members, such as minimal stains, color difference caused by computer display (different monitors have different color differences), and the adjustment of each computer display screen leads to members' personal judgments of pictures and colors.
    8. The product has been opened or has been used (e.g. the packaging tape or the box has been torn off) or the product has not been properly packaged, damaged, damaged or incomplete
    9. Any food, including (but not limited to) cookies, snacks, nutritious fruit bars and baby milk powder, etc.
    10. Beauty products, skin care products, cosmetics, hairdressing products, perfumes, nails and aerosol products should be returned in unused, unopened and original packaging.
    11. Digital accessories and earphones, these items are delivered in a sealed package and should be returned in the original unopened package, otherwise they will not be returned.
    12. Any discounted merchandise, clearance merchandise or special sale merchandise that shows that no return is accepted, or the merchandise sold marked "Final Sale clearance offer" cannot be returned or exchanged.
    13. Any free gifts and trial gifts.
